We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns are sent to the designated supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our business address.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If a $60.00 flat rate shipping fee was charged, this amount will not be included in your refund
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected
